Standard Delivery UK mainland:

Where goods are in stock orders are normally dispatched the next working day either by Royal Mail or by courier.  You will receive an email when your order is shipped.  Delivery will be within 2-4 working days.  If your order has not been received 5 working days after it was shipped please notify us promptly to enable us to track it for you. 

Standard Delivery Shipping charges: 

£4.50 for orders under £25.00

£6.00 for orders of £25.00 to £250.00

Orders of over £250.00 are delivered Free of Charge

 

Priority Delivery UK mainland:

Where orders are received before 12 midday, Monday - Friday, goods in stock will normally dispatched the same day, or the next working day if ordered at the weekend.  An over-night courier or Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery will be used depending on the size and value of the order.  You will receive an email when your order is shipped, and we will notify you if we are unable to ship the order for any reason.  Delivery will normally be the next working day but it should be noted that we do not guarantee next day delivery.  If your order has not been received 2 working days after it was shipped please notify us promptly to enable us to track it for you. 

Priority Delivery Shipping charges: 

£7.50 for orders under £25.00

£10.00 for orders of £25.00 to £250.00

£6.00 for orders of over £250.00

Please note: During extremely busy periods 'Priority Delivery' may not be available. If this is the case it will not be offered at 'Checkout'

 

Delivery UK Highlands & Islands:

For delivery outside UK Mainland please ensure you select the correct option for your area from the drop-down menu.  If we are able to send small parcels via ordinary Royal Mail services any overpaid Shipping charge will be refunded to your card at our discretion.

 

Delivery UK Channel Islands:

When entering your address please select 'United Kingdom' as the Country, and 'Channel Isles' as the County.  VAT will then be automatically deducted.  Please ensure the correct Shipping option is selected from the drop-down menu.  If we are able to send small parcels via ordinary Royal Mail services any overpaid Shipping charge will be refunded to your card at our discretion.

 

Delivery to Europe:

Shipping is charged at cost and will be shown at 'Checkout'.  Any excess paid will be refunded at our discretion.  Occasionally, the shipping cost may be higher for extra bulky or heavy orders.  We will notify you before processing your order if this is the case.  There is a minimum order value of £40.00

IMPORTANT: You may be liable to pay additional taxes in your country prior to delivery.  If these are not paid, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund for the goods, minus all shipping and costs, will be processed once the parcel is received back.  Accepting our Terms & Conditions verifies that this is understood and accepted.  Please do not proceed with your order if unsure

 

Delivery Overseas (non EU countries):  

For delivery overseas please ensure you select the correct option for your country/area from the drop-down menu.  Selection of the incorrect option may delay your order whilst we contact you to request further payment.

Goods sent from Mainland UK to any other country may be liable for duties and taxes.  The recipient will be liable for paying these.

We are sorry but we are unable to supply goods to the USA or Canada.

 

Please note: A signature will normally be required when packages are delivered.  Where a customer requests that a parcel be left without a signature the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at that point and no claims for loss can be accepted.

RETURNS POLICY & EXCHANGES

If you return a stock item to us within 14 days, in perfect condition, complete with the original packing, we will be happy to exchange or refund it should it not fit your pony. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods (with marks or hair on them) will not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned at the customer’s expense. When trying rugs on your pony, always use an under rug or thin summer sheet. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same new condition in which they were received. Please pack items carefully to avoid damage and enclose your completed returns note/packing list. Please send return parcels by traceable post or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items that go missing in transit. All carriage costs will be payable by the customer when exchanging items where the incorrect size has been ordered. Return carriage will only be reimbursed where goods are proved to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Items that have been made-to-order, made to the customer’s own requirements and colours or with any alterations, embroidery or extras (leg straps etc.), or ordered especially for you, cannot be returned under any circumstances. Bits may not be returned once they have been tried in a pony’s mouth.
