Tack & Turnout Limited provides access to the www.dinkyrugs.co.uk / www.tackandturnout.co.uk website (the website).  Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms.

PRIVACY POLICY    The information we collect from you when you place an order is for billing and delivery purposes and for contacting you should we have a query.  Tack & Turnout Limited will not pass on your personal details to a third party and you will only be contacted again if you have requested to receive Newsletters or other information from us.

PRICES    All prices are in pounds sterling. Every effort will be made to show the correct prices on this website.  However, we reserve the right to amend prices and discontinue any items as necessary.

AVAILABILITY    All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.  We aim to keep stocks of all items offered on this website but if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and we will advise you of the expected delivery date.

TAX CHARGES    VAT at 20% is included in all products (where applicable) on this site and is payable on all orders within the UK.  Goods ordered from and shipped to other countries are exempt from VAT but duty and taxes may be charged by recipient countries.

CUSTOMS    Goods sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes and these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country.  Any charges for customs must be paid by the customer.  We have no control over these charges and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country.  You can find full details by contacting your local customs officer.

PAYMENTS    Debit or Credit cards - can be used to make payments via this website.  Sorry but we do not accept AMEX, cheques or postal orders. 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY    We use WorldPay to collect and process transaction information. We do not have access to card details used for online payments.

PLACING ORDERS    Please follow the easy steps as indicated on the website.  After placing an order our system will send you an email confirming receipt of the order and with the order details.  Full details on the order process can be found on our HELP page: https://www.tackandturnout.co.uk/help

DELIVERY CHARGES   

Shipping (UK Mainland): Orders under £25.00 = £4.00, £25.00-£249.99 = £6.00, orders of £250 or over are POST FREE.  

The same charges apply to exchange goods.  Additional shipping charges will apply to all countries outside UK Mainland.  This is dependent on the weight, size and value of the parcel.  Carriage will be visible at checkout stage and where the order is progressed it will be assumed that the shipping charge is accepted.  A signature will normally be required when packages are delivered.  Where a customer requests that a parcel is left without a signature the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at that point and no claims for loss can be accepted.

Wherever possible we aim to despatch orders the following working day (excluding weekends).  If ordering made-to-order (Custom) items and standard (stock) items at the same time please make two separate orders if the stock items are required quickly.  If the order is sent as one, the whole order will be despatched once the made-to-order item/s are ready.  

DAMAGED & UN-DELIVERED GOODS    Where parcels are received damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately.  For UK mainland orders please inform us if you do not receive your order within 3 days of despatch (other destinations may take a little longer).  No claims for damaged or un-delivered goods will be considered when more than 5 working days have passed since the date of despatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES    If you return a stock item to us within 14 days, in perfect condition, complete with the original packing, we will be happy to exchange or refund it should it not fit your pony.  Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods (with marks or hair on them) will not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned at the customer’s expense.  Where goods are received back very lightly soiled we may offer to restore them to a saleable condition but a charge will be made for this.  This will be at our discretion.  When trying rugs on your pony, always use an under rug or thin summer sheet.  All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same new condition in which they were received.  Please pack items carefully to avoid damage and enclose the completed packing list/returns form.  Please send return parcels by traceable post or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items that go missing in transit.  All carriage costs will be payable by the customer when exchanging items where the incorrect size has been ordered.  Return carriage will only be reimbursed where goods are proved to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.  If you consider a product to be faulty please contact us first and only return the item if requested to do so.  Items that have been made-to-order, made to the customer’s own requirements and colours or with any alterations, embroidery or extras (leg straps etc.), or ordered especially for you, cannot be returned.  Bits may not be returned once they have been tried in a pony’s mouth.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and the complete order must be returned to us within this period.   If we receive the goods back in perfect condition, within 14 days, complete with the original packing, a full refund will be made.  Please note that where goods are returned on this basis and were supplied correctly by us a fee of £6.00 may be charged for our re-stocking process and this fee will be deducted from the total refund.  The customer will be required to pay the cost of returning the item/s to us.  Orders for products specifically made, altered or obtained for your requirements cannot be cancelled once processed.  Refunds will be processed within 28 days but normally in 7 to 10 working days.

USE OF THE WEBSITE    Please ensure that your account details and passwords remain confidential.  You will be responsible for all activities occurring under your account and password.  Tack & Turnout Limited reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion.
