Delivery UK mainland:

Where goods are in stock orders are normally dispatched the next working day either by Royal Mail or by courier.  You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.  Delivery will be within 2-4 working days.  If your order has not been received 5 working days after it was placed please notify us promptly to enable us to track it for you. 

'Shipping' charges: 

£4.00 for orders under £25.00

£6.00 for orders of £25.00 to £250.00

Orders of over £250.00 are delivered Free of Charge


Delivery outside UK Mainland/Overseas Delivery:  For delivery outside UK Mainland please ensure you select the correct option for your country/area from the drop-down menu.  Selection of the incorrect option may delay your order whilst we contact you to request further payment.

Goods sent from Mainland UK to any other country, including Northern Ireland, will be liable for duties and taxes.  The recipient will be liable for paying these.

We are sorry but we are unable to supply goods to the USA or Canada.

If you return a stock item to us within 14 days, in perfect condition, complete with the original packing, we will be happy to exchange or refund it should it not fit your pony. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods (with marks or hair on them) will not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned at the customer’s expense. When trying rugs on your pony, always use an under rug or thin summer sheet. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same new condition in which they were received. Please pack items carefully to avoid damage and enclose your completed returns note/packing list. Please send return parcels by traceable post or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items that go missing in transit. All carriage costs will be payable by the customer when exchanging items where the incorrect size has been ordered. Return carriage will only be reimbursed where goods are proved to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Items that have been made-to-order, made to the customer’s own requirements and colours or with any alterations, embroidery or extras (leg straps etc.), or ordered especially for you, cannot be returned under any circumstances. Bits may not be returned once they have been tried in a pony’s mouth.

Coronavirus / COVID-19

We would like to reassure customers that we’re open for business as usual.

Staff shortages may result in slight delays dispatching orders, and our Sales Office telephone may not be manned at certain times, but please bear with us and leave a message where appropriate.  Our couriers and the Royal Mail are currently providing a fairly normal service delivering parcels. 

Our manufacturing capacity is lower than usual and this means that some of our Dinky Rugs products, custom made products in particular, may take a little longer than usual to produce.  Those items affected will have this information stated in the product description

Please be aware that goods sent from Mainland UK to any other country, including Northern Ireland, will now be liable for duties and taxes.
